Neovim

Neovim, or nvim is a re-written vim implementation. It is significantly faster than the vanilla fork, and has become my default editor.

Usage

Clipboard

"+ register is the clipboard on my system.

Git

Just call :Git.

Use :Gstatus for seeing the stage area, use cc to commit.

Install Markdown Preview.

Use :MarkdownPreview to start the preview engine.
